Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España presented by OYSHO

It is one of the longest-running tournaments on the European women’s circuit. It has been held since 2002 and has become the benchmark tournament on the Ladies European Tour, as it is the last event of the year where all the players compete for the annual Order of Merit.

Santander Golf Tour

This is the leading training circuit at national and international level. The Santander Golf Tour consists of 10 events spread across Spain. Players of all nationalities take part in each of the tournaments, with up to 27 participating in the 2019 edition. The main objective is to offer a quality circuit to promising young players so that in the future they can reach the major circuits such as the Ladies European Tour and the LPGA. It has an annual ranking and a prize fund of €25,000 per tournament. In addition, within these ten events there are two tournaments co-sanctioned with the LET Access Series, the second division of European golf, a pairs tournament, a match-play tournament, a Pro-Am event with the great legends of Spanish women’s golf, and the Santander Spanish Women’s Professional Championship.

Tenerife Women’s Open

The Tenerife Women’s Open returned to the Ladies European Tour calendar as one of the key events of the season. Tenerife has a long tradition of elite women’s golf, having hosted numerous European Tour events over the years. In this edition, the continent’s best players gathered at Abama Golf.

Comunidad de Madrid Ladies Open

The Comunidad de Madrid Ladies Open took place in May 2022 at the Jarama-RACE Golf Club as part of the Ladies European Tour. The tournament welcomed the continent’s best players and was supported by the Community of Madrid as the main sponsor. The winner was Ana Peláez from Málaga, who made her debut on the circuit.

Solheim Cup 2023

The Solheim Cup was played for the very first time in Florida in 1990 and took the name of Karsten Solheim, a businessman and designer of golf clubs that prompted its creation. Two teams compete in the Solheim Cup made up of 12 players who compete over the course of three days in the very same format of the Ryder Cup in which 28 games are played in total (8 games of foursomes and 8 games of four balls for the first two days of the competition and 12 individual games on the final day).
